Tell a Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Southern States University will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Southern States University stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Southern States University at remove@southernstatesuniversity.com to request the removal of this information from Southern States University’s database. The Tell-a-Friend feature is used only on the southernstatesuniversity.com web site.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
Upon request and validation, we will provide you with all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by Southern States University.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows the error.
Please note. Credit Card information is not maintained longer than required to obtain authorization and process your order. Under no circumstances will we tell you what credit card number you have provided. If you feel you have given us an incorrect number, you may contact us with the correct information which will override existing information.
