How to Order a Transcript
Step 1: Complete the Request a Transcript Form.
Step 2: Email the form in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions in non-pdf format will not be processed.
Step 3: In 24-48 hours, the Registrar will send you an email letting you know that the appropriate amount of fees (based on your request) have been billed to your account.
Step 4: Student will need to log into their SSU account and pay their balance. The student will be required to have a $0 balance in order for the transcript to be processed. If they need assistance with payments and/or logging into their account the student will need to contact the bursar at email@example.com.
Step 5: Upon payment, the student will need to submit proof of payment to the Registrar. The student will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 6: The registrar will then process the request and mail it out to the address listed on the initial Request a transcript form. It generally takes 48-72 business hours for the transcript to be mailed out from the date the Registrar receives the acknowledgment of payment.
