Ms. Hofmann is an academic compliance and instructional design specialist who began her career in 2002 working with first-generation college students while an undergraduate student herself.
Ms. Hofmann’s experience includes leading initial and reaccreditation initiatives and state approvals and volunteering as an accreditation educational standards evaluator and site-visit team chair. Previously, she served as an Administrative Assistant at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences while working on her post-masters studies. Prior experience within academia also includes working as an Academic Compliance Administrator and College Registrar, a Team Lead Academic Advisor, and Kinesiology Department Coordinator in settings ranging from public four-year institutions to private multi-level institutions. Additionally, she has been an American Red Cross and Girl Scouts volunteer instructor responsible for youth and adult education experiences while stateside and overseas.
As a lifelong learner, Ms. Hofmann understands and appreciates institutional initiatives aimed at instilling confidence and safety in students, employees, and community stakeholders and understands what such assurances provide graduates and students alike. Ms. Hofmann holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Leadership for Higher Education from Capella University, a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma – Europe, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Business Law from the University of Maryland University College, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Monterey Peninsula College.
