Javier Flores has been working in finance and management since 1999. He has held positions in operations, sales, and finance management, with the last position in post-secondary education. Javier received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) in 2009 and his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management (MBA) in 2011 from the University of Phoenix. He received his Doctorate of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management (DBA) in 2018 from Argosy University; being the first person in his entire family to complete a graduate degree. Javier has over 25 years of business knowledge in a variety of business fields. He has worked for Bank of America as a Business Operations Manager and HSBC as a Business Sales Manager for over 12 years, and his last job was in the finance department at Argosy EDMC.
