Dr. Catrin Hechl-Novak received her Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, San Diego, California and holds an MBA degree in Human Resources from Iona College, New Rochelle, New York, as well as an MA degree in Teaching International Business and Marketing from Austria. Dr. Hechl-Novak has extensive leadership experience in operations and administration, as well as teaching experience both in the United States and Europe. Her research interests focus on employee/student retention especially pertaining to the Millennial generation. Dr. Hechl-Novak is Adjunct Faculty at the Irvine campus.
