This course focuses on the 21st Century Marketer. The students will learn marketing management that shows new skills, new roles, and new tools to meet the demands of customers in today’s fast-paced world of consumerism. The students will understand and learn neuroscience skills and how marketing and the human brain relate. They will learn predictive, innovation, and adaptability skills along with the 4P’s of marketing. Then they will learn to see how to reorganize the current marketing function of businesses to create the new transformational leader of marketers. The course will also present students with management techniques to help them stay current and apply creative solutions to problems. Students are introduced to the programmatic themes of globalization, leadership, teamwork, and ethics.
